Case Study: Anti-Counterfeiting
Stephen B. Whitaker and his team have led several anti-counterfeiting projects in Asia to protect U.S. high-tech manufacturers, encompassing more than twenty trips to China. He and his colleagues in China have worked with local law enforcement to identify and shut down illegal manufacturing, distribution, and retail sources. Whitaker Strategies has also worked with Chinese Customs to stop the export of pirated goods, as well as with U.S. Customs and Border Protection to stop these goods from entering the U.S.
